Not uniquely for Burnham Market, the gallery adjoins another shop, Hamilton Antiques, which is also packed full of treasures. Porcelain, prints, glass and furniture fill the next door cottage and this happy arrangement provides shopping heaven for both art and antique-lovers alike.

NEWS: 2012 will be an exciting year for the artmonger, celebrating a year of trading on 23rd April with an exhibition of 'DRAWINGS' from 1796 to the present day by 'unknowns and well knowns' opening to the public on Saturday 21st April. I will also be holding an exhibition of landscapes by Kathleen Hale, the author and illustrator of 'Orlando the Marmalade Cat' books, dates to be confirmed in August, and a show of huge pastels by Rebecca Lloyd (see Drawings/ Pastels for examples), a local artist who's handling of the medium to depict Norfolk's huge and dramatic skies is winning her a big following. 16th - 24th June at St Edmund's Studio just across the road from the gallery.
